This allows us to offer carefully selected pet products while maintaining practical pricing and a more flexible supply process.

1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Cost

Every order is carefully reviewed before shipment.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. This includes order verification, preparation, inspection, and packaging.

Busy Seasons
During holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping route.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery windows.

Shipping times may be affected by carrier conditions, customs processing, seasonal demand, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment confirmation
  • A delay in updates does not necessarily mean the package is not moving
  • Some international carriers may update less frequently while the parcel is in transit

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means:

  • Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer
  • Xelvioren™ is not liable for customs-related delays
  • Import requirements vary by country and may depend on local regulations

In many cases, small pet accessories may not incur additional charges, but this cannot be guaranteed.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin handling orders shortly after they are placed in order to reduce delays.

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please contact us at service@xelvioren.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We want every order to arrive safely and in good condition.

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.

Lost in Transit

If the shipping carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Xelvioren™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Orders marked undeliverable due to customer input errors

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
